Pandan Gula Melaka Salted Caramel Cake
Our signature Pandan Gula Melaka Salted Caramel celebration cake!
This cake is made from the lightest and spongiest pandan chiffon cake, filled with oozy gula melaka (Malacca coconut-palm sugar) coconut salted caramel, and finished with the smoothest gula melaka-flavoured Swiss meringue buttercream. To top it off, we add more delicious gula melaka coconut salted caramel, sprinkle it with coconut, and decorate it with fresh pandan leaves.
